You may request the deletion of your BitDoctor.ai account at any time by contacting our customer support team. When you delete your account, your profile information and any user-generated content associated with your account will be permanently removed. Please note that deleting your account will not automatically cancel any active subscription or service plan you may have. You must separately cancel any paid subscriptions or plans before deleting your account to avoid being charged for the remainder of the billing period. Upon receiving your account deletion request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days. Once your account is deleted, your personal data will be permanently erased from our systems, except for any information we are required to maintain for legal or regulatory purposes. To delete your account, follow these steps:

Upon receiving your account deletion request, the BitDoctor.ai team will initiate the process to permanently remove all of your personal data and information from our servers. This includes any medical records, user profile data, and any other information associated with your account.
Please note that the deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete. During this period, your account will be marked for deletion, but your data will remain accessible to the BitDoctor.ai team for the purpose of completing the deletion process.
